Twevel ("the app", "we", "us") helps groups organise trips, track attendance, and manage simple club admin. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Twevel collects the name you enter when joining or setting up a group. This is the only personal information the app requires.
Your name is used solely to identify you within your group — for example, to show attendance, seat bookings, and payment status to other members of the same group. We do not use your information for advertising, analytics tracking, or any purpose outside the app's core functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Names entered into a group are visible only to other members of that same group.
Club membership fees, trip costs, and any other payments referenced in the app (such as club draws) are handled directly between members and their club/group organiser, outside of the app. Twevel does not process, store, or transmit payment or card details.
You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email below. Group organisers can also remove members directly within the app.
Twevel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
